Embracing Our Menopause Journey: A Week of Reflection and Growth

Welcome to our special series on daily menopause journal prompts. This week, we’ve been diving deep into our experiences, feelings, and hopes during menopause. 

Journaling is a powerful tool that can help us to process, reflect, and grow. In this blog, we’re going to recap our week of journaling, exploring the themes of change, gratitude, overcoming challenges, and looking to the future. A 2006 study found journaling could be as effective as cognitive-behavioural therapy in reducing depression risk in adults. It also helps in managing stress and reducing anxiety in women.
